The Reminder Call Program can be used as a sanction or a voluntary program that will directly address a client's inability to remember appointments, payments or other required obligations.
When clients forget to fulfill obligations because they forget, could not get a ride, did not get time off work, or gave you some other excuse you can help them by suggesting or requiring them to sign up for reminder calls.

How the process works:

Sign up online; there is no cost, no contract, and no commitment required by you or your agency. The Reminder Call Program will verify your identity and send you a confirmation e-mail. You can sign up your clients on the web or with the provided paper forms. Instructions are provided in paper and online to assist you. When your client is done filling out the simple order form, there will be 3 copies. One copy for you, one copy for your client, and one copy to be mailed to The Reminder Call Program with the client's payment. We even provide the envelope. Now they can set-up their reminder schedule on-line or over the phone. Once we receive their payment they account will be activated. Let us help your clients so you don't have to. Then periodically access your web based call reports to make sure your clients are staying on track.

Clients can mix and match reminders, the frequency of different reminders, and register multiple phone numbers, all for one fixed cost starting as low as $25 per year.
